Adnexa Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Creative Studio

Creative Studio renders a video from one of our templates using inputs you supply. It is a demonstration of the Creative Module, not a finished campaign asset and not creative advice.

• —You keep all rights in the brand assets, copy and files you upload, and you confirm you are entitled to use them.
• —You receive a licence to use the rendered output for your own commercial purposes.
• —You may not upload material that infringes a third party’s rights, is unlawful, or that you are not authorised to use.
• —We may decline or withdraw a render that appears to breach these terms.

Signal Desk

Signal Desk presents third-party market data alongside figures produced by our own models. Modelled figures are labelled as such. Nothing in Signal Desk is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no output should be relied on as a forecast of campaign performance.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach or probe the service’s security, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, circumvent rate limits, or use it to build a competing service.

Intellectual property

The Adnexa Engine, this site, our templates and our brand are ours or our licensors’. Nothing here transfers ownership of them.

Availability and liability

The site and its tools are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of the free tools on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
